Welcome Beautiful Soul
I'm Sonya and I'm here to help you cultivate daily practices that strengthen your mindset, nourish your well-being, and align your actions with what matters most.
For years, I searched for meaning and direction. Even with mind-body-spirit work, life felt flat—like I was going through the motions. Discovering the Eight Dimensions of Wellness—especially the often-overlooked occupational, social, and environmental areas of my life—helped me connect the dots. I began to understand how my thoughts, daily habits, and core values were misaligned, which was why I struggled to make lasting changes. I realized that mindset drives habits and that those habits ultimately shape long-term behavior.
Coaching based on this foundation of mindset and habits became my bridge between awareness and action, allowing me to live with intention, purpose, aligned core values, and joy. I use that same framework to help others achieve their desired results because I strongly believe in this process.

Why Work With Me
PERSONAL GROWTH IS AN ONGOING PROCESS. My coaching helps you identify what’s keeping you stuck, clarify what matters most, and decide how to take consistent action toward a more fulfilling life.
I’ve spent years integrating holistic practices—mindful movement, self-care, reflection, and connection—into different seasons of my own journey. These practices have helped me stay grounded, focused, and resilient through change.
My approach blends mindset work, habit science, and the EIGHT DIMENSIONS OF WELLNESS to help you create a strong foundation for sustainable transformation—without perfectionism or burnout.
As your coach, I support you in bridging the gap between intention and action—turning insight into lasting results.

What Professionally Qualifies Me As a Coach?
I hold a Master of Science in Holistic Health from the University of Natural Health. I have an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I completed coach training at the Holistic Coach Training Institute (HCTI)—an education grounded in ethics, structure, and holistic-based coaching.
My background in the human services and mental health fields deepens my understanding of behavior, motivation, and whole-person well-being.
Combined with my lived application of holistic principles, this gives me a grounded perspective on what it takes to create real, sustainable change.
